Frequently Asked Questions
Do you build vehicles for customers? Not at this time. Due to the sheer amount of requests for custom builds, we sadly cannot accommodate everyone at this time. Subject to change in the future.
How much does shipping cost and who is the provider? Shipping is a flat-rate of $6. Whether your order consists of 1 item or 100, shipping is $6. All packages are shipped via USPS, either First Class or Priority depending on weight.
Is international shipping available? Unfortunately we only ship to addresses in the United States (all 50 states, HI & AK included, as well as PR). Due to the high rates that come along with international shipping, most customers do not find it practical to pay more in shipping than the cost of their items.
When a product says it comes "raw," what does that mean? This simply means that the product comes unpainted. Most products are made out of black material, so they look "decent" without paint, however painting is recommended for the sharpest results.
Policies
Shipping/Tracking: All orders are shipped via USPS. Once an order is shipped, a tracking number is emailed to the customer.
Wait times regarding the dealership: Since the dealership vehicles are kept on hand and ready to go, they typically ship within 3 business days.
Wait times regarding wheels/parts: Most products are made to order, so depending on how busy the store is, orders can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to be sent out. If you're on a time crunch, feel free to reach out via the "Contact" page to inquire about wait times PRIOR to placing an order and to see if we can accommodate your needs! To keep things fair, we produce the products in the order they come in, so once an order is placed, it will not be produced before other outstanding orders are produced.
Lost packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Fortunately, this is not a common occurrence, however, if it does occur, the situation needs to be handled with USPS' Mail Search department since we have no control over the package once it leaves our facility and is in transit.
Refunds/Returns: Since all products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns. If there is a problem with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will make it right through replacements or store credit, but a refund will not be issued.
